Return Policy

We understand how special every purchase is, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience.
If, for any reason, your order does not meet your expectations, you may return the products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are intact, unused, and in their original packaging.

We kindly ask that you respect these conditions to ensure a smooth and fair process for everyone.

To make your return quick and easy:

  • Contact us by email to let us know you intend to return your order;

  • Wait for our confirmation before shipping the items back;

  • Please note that all additional costs (shipping, insurance, customs duties, etc.) are the responsibility of the buyer;

  • Once we receive your package, we’ll carefully inspect the items. If everything is in perfect condition, we’ll issue a store credit equal to the value of the returned goods, valid for one year.

The store credit will not include shipping or customs-related fees.
If you prefer a refund, a 5% handling fee will be applied to the total amount.
Please note that any loyalty points earned or used on the order will not be reinstated.

Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to deliver only the best.
However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, don’t worry — we’ll take care of it.
We will replace the item (subject to availability) or, if it’s no longer available, offer you a store credit of equal value or a full refund once the item has been returned and inspected.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are upcoming releases — exciting new pieces that are not yet available at the time of purchase.
The estimated release date is shown on the product page but may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Pre-order payments must be made at checkout to guarantee the best price and priority shipping as soon as the item becomes available.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the total quantity ordered from the issuing mint.
Therefore, canceled pre-orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
