Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, Hobo Coin grants customers the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which the goods are received, without providing any reason.
This extended period, longer than the 14 days required by law, is voluntarily offered by Hobo Coin as an additional customer benefit.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an explicit statement expressing their decision to withdraw from the contract. The communication must be sent to:

The customer may, but is not required to, use the model withdrawal form provided below.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, Hobo Coin will refund all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any event within 30 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed, and no additional fees will be charged.
Hobo Coin may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until proof of their return has been provided, whichever occurs first.
You must return or deliver the goods to Hobo Coin without undue delay and in any case within 30 days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
The direct cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer, who may use a carrier of their choice.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity
In accordance with Articles 128–135 of the Italian Consumer Code, Hobo Coin guarantees that all products sold are in conformity with the contract of sale.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer has the right to have the goods brought into conformity, free of charge, by repair or replacement.
If these remedies are impossible or excessively burdensome, the customer is entitled to an appropriate price reduction or to terminate the contract.
The defect must be reported to Hobo Coin within 2 months of its discovery, and Hobo Coin is liable for any nonconformity that appears within 24 months from the date of delivery.
The right to take legal action expires 26 months after delivery of the product.
Product Inspection upon Delivery
The customer (or the recipient of the order) is required to check the condition of the package and the products upon delivery.
In the event of a damaged or opened package, or missing or damaged products, the customer must promptly contact Hobo Coin and follow the return instructions provided by our Customer Service.
