Each animal of the lunar zodiac is said to bestow its dominant characteristics on those born during its rule. The sixth of 12 auspicious animal symbols, the snake confers wisdom, intelligence, independence, and charm on those born under its influence in 2025, 2013, 2001, 1989, 1977 and every 12th preceding year.
This carefully crafted pure silver bar features a minted impression of a lunar snake on a patterned background. The independent creature appears elegantly entwined around a tree branch adorned with leaves, flaunting its expressive tongue. Included in the design is the inscription ‘SNAKE’ and the Chinese character for snake. The back of the bar is stamped with a stylised swan symbolising our 125 year-old reputation for quality. The logo and the bar’s weight and fineness appear on the same background pattern.
These silver minted bars are presented in protective acrylic tubes of 20 bars. Each tube is sealed with The Perth Mint’s tamper evident security seal. There are 10 tubes to a monster box. Authentication feature The minted bar incorporates authentication features. In the form of multiple micro-laser engraved letters, they are only detectable under a magnifying glass.
